48hr Musical Challenge
Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character.

After an incredible round of auditions with over 110 students stepping up to sing, dance, and act their hearts out, we are so excited to share the official cast list for our 48HR Musical: Aladdin Jr.

The talent, energy, and courage you all brought into the room blew us away. You made the casting process both inspiring and incredibly tough. Whether your name is on the list or not, please know how proud we are of every single person who auditioned. You all took a risk, you showed up, and that’s something worth celebrating.

STAGING
Friday, 3rd October ~ 12 pm till 6 pm
Saturday, 4th October ~ 9 am till 9 pm
Sunday, 5th October ~ 10 am till 9 pm

There will be a cost to be part of the show. Which will cover the cost of the show, as well as dinner on Saturday.

He has been involved in performing arts for several years and has a passion for acting, particularly within the live theatre community. He has also been actively involved in numerous Westlake productions throughout his time at WBHS.

Corey Snape
He has eagerly participated in productions since primary school and has been involved in every production at Westlake Boys High School since Year 9., with notable performances in female roles until Year 12.
Assistant Musical Director
James Hendra
He has been involved in the stage band for the past two productions, Crazy for You and Mamma Mia, performing on trumpet and keyboard. He has played piano for ll years and trumpet for 8 years.

Grace Kelly
She has been an active member of school and regional choirs for over seven years, including premier groups like Cantare and Chorolation, and has performed in productions such as Frozen Jr. and, most recently, Mamma Mia!

He has been the accompanist for the Momentum Choir, contributed to productions as part of the band, and has 11 years of piano experience.

She has performed competitively in dance, participated in professional shows outside of school, and taken part in Westlake productions of Frozen Jr. and Mamma Mia!

He has been dancing since primary school. Has been involved in Mamma Mia! in the dance ensemble. Is also one of the leaders in the WBHS dance crew.
