'Crazy for You' is a lively, romantic musical that tells the story of Bobby Child, a wealthy New Yorker with a passion for theatre, who is sent to a small Nevada town to foreclose on a rundown theatre. Instead of closing it, Bobby decides to save the theatre by putting on a show, and in the process, he falls in love with Polly Baker, the daughter of the theatre owner. The musical is filled with mistaken identities, high-energy dance numbers, and classic songs by George and Ira Gershwin, including "I Got Rhythm" and "Someone to Watch Over Me." With its humour, romance, and exuberant celebration of showbiz, 'Crazy for You' is a joyful homage to the Golden Age of Broadway.
